SAFİ GALATA HOLDİNG, among its other companies, stepped into the construction sector as SAFİ GAYRİMENKUL VE YATIRIMLARI SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. since the 1990s for the evaluation of land for housing and workplaces.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

SAFİ GALATA HOLDİNG's quality plan has been prepared in accordance with ISO standards according to the needs of the quality management system.

The main purpose of the quality plan is to ensure the complete fulfillment of employer and customer needs in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts. The aim is to spread quality awareness to all employees by creating processes in line with the quality plan with a well-organized structure.

PROJECTS

SAFİ ESPADON RESIDENCE

Safi Espadon Residence, built on the E-5 Highway in Kartal, one of Istanbul's fastest-growing districts and a focal point of urban transformation, consists of 128 residences and 11 commercial units.

The project, designed by Dome Mimarlık and having a height of 101 meters, stands out with its single-piece architecture consisting of three blocks.

The project offers a modern living center with its strong social facilities, high living standards, solid construction quality, and original architecture. The structure, consisting of 3 basement floors, a ground floor, and 19 regular floors, provides significant advantages in terms of transportation thanks to its location close to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and its proximity to two metro stations, only 300 meters away.

The Marmara Sea and Islands view can be enjoyed from all facades of the project, thanks to its specially designed terrace and green floor gardens. Due to its strong architectural character, the project was named "Espadon", meaning swordfish.
